  1. I desperately and urgently need guidance on reducing/abolishing Raga Anusaya in my mind/winyanaya. I have stopped all bad raga actions but the thoughts keep coming to mind. Can someone help me please?

    • Raga is completely eradicated at a very high level stage of Enlightenment. You have used the term ‘Raga Anusaya’. I think what you mean is Raga because if you are already at the level of abolishing Raga, then your Cittanupassana and Dhammanupassana has to be highly developed and you don’t have to ask this question here. From the way you have asked the question it appears that you are not at that level. So what you mean is some guidance on how to reduce Raga. Firstly you need to explain about your level of meditative practice. Please explain your level of meditative practice and whether you are practicing walking and sitting meditation regularly. Is it Samatha or Vipassana? What is your meditation and who was you teacher etc. This information is needed to guide you.
