Reductions in Negative Thoughts in Students

We are pleased to send you a clinical paper published in the International Journal of Educational Psychology. It was published in October 2013.  This trial was conducted in Canada using some University students and the paper re-enforce the value of regular practice of meditation. This paper re-enforce the following;

  1. The benefits of regular practice of mindfulness meditation.
  2. Tangible benefits could be experienced within a short period of regular practice.
  3. Guided meditation is especially beneficial to the new practitioners of meditation.
