We are pleased to provided the recordings of the above Dhamma series conducted at Mitirigala Nissaranavanaya Monastery, Sri Lanka. This was recorded at a short meditation retreat conducted by Most Ven. U. Dhammajiva Maha Thero.

The recordings of this short retreat are especially valuable to two groups of people who are pressed for time. They are;

1. Those who wish to learn about the salient aspects of the practical development of the Buddhist meditative Path.
2. Those experienced Yogis who wish to recall some of the key aspects of the Path.
