Most Ven. U. Dhammajiva Maha Thero conducted a 10 day residential meditation retreat for monks in March 2018. It was the 172nd residential retreat at Mitirigala Nissaranavanaya Forest Monastery.

Dasa Dhamma sutta was selected by the Maha Thero for the series of discourses at this retreat. This is an essential discourse of the Lord Buddha for the monks and Nuns as it highlights the ten essential factors that needs to be reflected upon again and again by one who has gone forth to live the Holy Life.
